I once read that an old joke about Italian cuisine is that three-quarters of the food and wine served in Italy is good…the rest is amazing. I will verify that this is a true statement and something we have had the pleasure of testing over and over in a number of Italy’s restaurants.
In addition to being delicious, most meals are very reasonably priced. You do not have to spend a lot of money to have a life-changing meal in Italy; you just need to find the right place. We have found many such places. If you desire a pranzo (to lunch) on a terrace perched overtop a lake – I have the place for you. If it is your wish to discover on out-of-the-way trattoria (restaurant) – this blog will guide you.
Get ready for some fun culinary adventures.
